Flexibility, strong motivation and excellent problem solving skills are also important. Responsibilities include all aspects of software design, development, testing, and deployment. Strong communication skills are required for interaction with team members, senior members of the staff and business unit representatives. A strong knowledge of operating system technology, relational data base technology, and contemporary software development principles is required.
