Any combination of education and experience, which would likely produce the necessary knowledge and abilities, is qualifying.

·        Bachelors degree, or equivalent work experience in business, information services or other related areas of study

·        1-4 years of experience in SharePoint products and technologies in a combination of any of the below competencies (do not require knowledge in all):

·        Template Customization/Development

·        List Customization/Development

o       SharePoint Portal Server 2003

o       Microsoft Project Server 2003

o       Microsoft Office System 2003

o       Microsoft InfoPath 2003

o       Microsoft Office System 2007 (SharePoint Portal V3)

o       Windows SharePoint Services 2007

o       Enterprise Knowledge Management

o       Enterprise Search Solutions

 

Description:

Work with business clients to define requirements and develop solutions for various business process enhancements using SharePoint products and technologies.  Below are some task included in the process:

o       Meet with clients to gather requirements and specifications

o       Review processes and make suggestions for enhancement to the processes

o       Translate requirements into SharePoint design specifications

o       Present design requirements to clients for approval in various formats including requirement documents, diagrams and working prototypes

o       Work with clients to implement process changes

·        Responsible for the architecture and design of an internal SharePoint environment that hosts internal collaboration sites for various internal project and proposal teams.  Responsibilities include the following:

o       Create custom team site templates

o       Create custom ‘webparts’ requirement documentation

o       Develop training plan that ensures clients are trained prior to system roll out

o       Manage ‘webpart’ development team

o       Perform site design for long-term proposal and project efforts

o       Conduct search strategy planning & implementation

o       Develop & implement migration plan
