Study Group
The .Net Study Group is intended to help software developers increase their understanding of specific Microsoft technologies, eventually leading to certification. The group uses Microsoft's Self-Paced Training Kits as a study guide. We meet weekly to review a specific chapter and discuss questions. Our initial meeting is scheduled for Monday, August 3rd, 6:30-8:30 PM where we will start studying our first topic, Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF). Meetings will resume weekly until all chapters in the book have been reviewed and members are ready for their certification exam (70-502). Feel free to join us and bring a colleague.

Now that we finished the book, we will gather informally at Mavis Winkle's (Independence) to study for the exam. This will provide for a casual atmosphere allowing each person to focus on his/her areas of study, while still being able to ask questions of other attendees.

study kit today (allowing time to read Chapter 1 for the first
meeting)
3. Read Chapter 1 and come ready to discuss it.
